Deluxe Chicken Salad With Salad Toppins
A great recipe for Memorial Weekend
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tsp. McCormick perfect pinch Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning
2 cups cubed cooked chicken
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup plus 2 Tbsp. McCormick Salad Topppins, divided
1 pkg. (5-6 oz.) mixed salad greens
1 medium tomato, cut into thin wedges
Mix mayonnaise, sour cream and Seasoning in large bowl until well blended. Add chicken, celery, onion and 1/4 cup of the Salad Toppins; toss to coat well. Cover. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes or until ready to serve. Divide salad greens and tomato evenly among 4 serving plates. Top each with chicken salad. Sprinkle with remaining 2 Tbsp. Salad Toppins. Enjoy!
