Lillian Christmas Parade is Dec. 10

The annual Lillian Christmas Parade will step off at 1 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 10. The event sponsored by the Optimist Club of Perdido Bay, will feature 57 units with floats, cars, walkers. Bring your bags, boxes and totes to collect the various types of Christmas treats thrown by the participants.
The parade begins and ends at the Lillian Community Club, with the route traveling east on Highway 98, north on 6th Street (CR 99), west on Barclay Avenue and south on Santa Piedro Street.
Thanks for Optimist Judy Wargo for contacting Santa many months ago to be sure he would be available. Despite his busy schedule this month, he readily agreed because he just loves to visit the beautiful town of Lillian, where he rides aboard the Lillian Volunteer Fire Department truck.
Moms, Dads, PawPaws, Meemaws, kids of all ages and family pets are welcome to gather along the parade route for this joyous event.
