OB’s Sea, Sand & Stars Exploreum open to visitors this summer

Orange Beach Elementary School will open its Sea, Sand, & Stars Exploreum to the public this summer during the weeks of July 18 & July 25 from 9 a.m. ‘til 2 p.m. Monday thru Thursdays. The school is located at 4900 S. Wilson Blvd. To reserve a spot, call 981-5690 between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. For more information and a complete schedule, visit seasandandstars.com. The rotating schedule will include guided tours and IMAX movies in the planetarium. A $2 per person minimum donation is appreciated! An adult must accompany children under 18. and are responsible for all children under 18. The Sea, Sand, and Stars Facility, located on the campus of Orange Beach Elementary School features a 5,800 Gallon Saltwater Aquarium, 1,500 Gallon Marine Life Touch Tank, 800 ft. Nature Boardwalk with outdoor classrooms, Planetarium, Microscope Lab, Library and Gift Shop.
