As an additional Organic School fundraiser, Papa’s Pizza at 420 Fairhope Ave. in downtown Fairhope will host a pancake breakfast in celebration of Marietta Johnson’s 152nd birthday on Saturday, October 8 from 7:30-10:30 a.m. Cost is $5 per person for all-you-can-eat pancakes, sausage & orange juice. The breakfast is a learning experience for Marietta Johnson School students, as they test recipes, shop for ingredients, learn the importance of good service & the value of hard work.
