Outdoor Environmental Expo at Graham Creek April 22

In conjunction with Earth Day, Graham Creek Nature Preserve in Foley will host a April 22 Eco-Expo from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Center’s outdoor classroom.
Free to the public and sponsored by the City of Foley Environmental Dept., the expo will feature Baldwin County grassroots organizations, educators, food growers and outdoor recreation & adventure guides.
A special Earth Day themed Children’s Observe & Explore Day will kick off at 10:30 a.m. and include story time, music, fun & games, wagon rides to the pitcher plant bog and tour the interpretive Senter.
Visitors can come out to learn all there is to do at the Preserve, to explore and appreciate the outdoors, and to learn how to get involved in activities volunteer options related to the environment.
It’s an event to bring a lawn chair or blanket with a picnic to enjoy the (fingers crossed) sunshine and music, and celebrate our Earth!
