Pool team fundraiser Aug. 5 at The Office 

A shrimp boil & basket of cheer fundraiser to offset travel expenses to send 8’s r Us, the champion APA Pool League team from The Office to the National Championship Tourney in Las Vegas will be held on Saturday, Aug. 5 beginning at 2 p.m. at the Foley bistro. Plates of shrimp, corn, potatos and sausage will be sold for $12, with deliveries available for two plates or more. The drawing for the basket of cheer (three tickets for $5 and seven tickets for $10) will be held at 9 p.m. 8’s r Us will represent The Office in the National APA 8-Ball Tournament scheduled Aug. 14-19. The Office is located at 828 S. McKenzie St. (251-943-2210).
