Shrimp Fest Restaurant Challenge
Orange Beach Concierge took top honors among the nine restaurants participating in the Annual National Shrimp Festival Restaurant Challenge sponsored by the Coastal Alabama Business Chamber. Chef David Pan of Orange Beach Concierge claimed first place with his dish of grilled Gulf Coast shrimp, Two Brooks Farm © sable rice with an infusion of lime and cilantro, and haricots verts and caramelized shallots deglazed with garlic and white wine. The top prize included $1,000, $2,000 in Royal Prestige Cookware,and the catering contract for the Shrimp Festival Wrap-Up Party.
