St. Andrew by the Sea Purses for Purpose April 12

The St. Andrew Women of St. Andrew by the Sea on Fort Morgan Road in Gulf Shores are planning a silent auction fund-raiser for their charitable projects. The event will be held on Thursday, April 12, in the Fellowship Hall at the church from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. All are invited to attend and enjoy browsing and bidding on more than 50 new or gently used purses, filled with surprises, and lovely hats for your spring and summer wardrobe.
The church is located at 17264 Fort Morgan Road, and the event will be held in the church fellowship hall.
Purses for a Purpose proceeds will benefit the St. Andrew Women’s casserole ministry, the children of the island, and local charities such as the Christian Service Center. Purses include such brands as Coach, Dooney and Bourke, Bramin, and other designer labels for dress, casual, business, and formal occasions. Included are beach and travel bags as well. Lunch will be available for a cost of $5.
The planning committee consists of Candice Snedeker, Eileen Gilding, Sue Buford, Betty Lane Thrasher, and Ruth Moran.
Grab a few friends and come to St. Andrew by the Sea, for beautiful bags, hats, accessories, lunch, and fun.
