10th Good Life Ride May 11 at Gulf State Park Lodge

The Tenth Annual Good Life Ride, scheduled in Baldwin County on May 11, will partner with The Lodge at Gulf State Park, a world leader in the sustainable tourism movement, to celebrate the event’s tenth anniversary. This year’s participants will be able to choose from three different route options: a 2, 9, and 19-mile round trip routes from The Lodge. Though the trails are mostly all paved.
Riders can register online at: imathlete.com/events. Early bird registration is from April 6-26 for $25, with a t-shirt included the cost is $35, and prices increase after.
Registration options after April 5th offer t-shirts as an optional additional purchase. Also, volunteers will be needed for the event. Interested volunteers can contact Valerie Longa via email at vlonga@joinACf.org.
“More people getting out to enjoy our natural resources benefits everyone’s health and our local economy,” said Mark Berte, the Executive Director of the Alabama Coastal Foundation. “This is family friendly and a great way to treat your mother or friends to a beautiful part of coastal Alabama.”
Last year’s proceeds contributed to a Bicycle Safety Workshop with Sherrifs from both Baldwin and Mobile counties attending. Previous year’s proceeds helped to create four public service announcements .
