Alabama Audubon Coastal Birdfest returns April 23-26

The Annual Alabama Audubon Coastal BirdFest will be held April 23-26, with events that include 5 Rivers Delta Resource Center, Mobile Botanical Gardens, Dauphin Island, Fort Morgan, Gulf State Park and Bayfront Park in Daphne. More than 370 bird species have been spotted along the Alabama coast, and BirdFest guides expertly lead attendees on boat and walking trips to some of the best birding spots along the Alabama Coastal Birding Trail.
Birders and nature lovers from across the United States and Canada flock to south Alabama every year to experience one of the prime birdwatching opportunities during spring migration.
The four-day event includes hands-on activities, workshops, boat tours and social events. that include an April 23 reception and dinner at the Apiary featuring a keynote address and performance by Bonner Black.
