Pre-commitment period underway for Dolly Parton Imagination Library license plates in Alabama. The program founded by Dolly Parton provides books to children. In order to trigger production of the plate, 1,000 commitments must be made by May 1 of next year. Commitments, of course, have picked up since Parton’s death.
