Everyone who auditions will be cast in a 10 minute play
South Baldwin Community Theater will present its annual 24 Hour Theater Weekend June 27-28. A unique concept initiated by local playwright Laura Pfizenmayer, the format partners six local playwrights with six local directors to create, cast and produce six ten minute plays.
Auditions will be Friday night at South Baldwin Theater at 6 p.m. All actors and would be actors are invited to attend. Playwrights and directors will be paired and given a random prop for inspiration.
Then actors will be assigned to the writing teams. Everyone who shows up will be cast. The shows will be performed on Saturday night. The curtain will go up at 7:30 and tickets are only five dollars. All tickets will be sold at the at the door and refreshments will be served.
