Bellingrath Gardens Chinese Lantern Fests are every Thur. & Sun.

Bellingrath Gardens & Home in Theodore will host the Gulf Coast Chinese Lantern Festival, the inaugural iteration of what it hopes will become a new tradition for Mobile-area and Gulf Coast residents. Tickets are on sale now for the event, taking place Thursdays through Sundays between April 17 and June 15.
Partnering with Tianyu Arts and Culture, a Chicago-based supplier for such festivals, Bibliograth will feature larger-than-life wireframe structures covered in brightly painted fabrics.
These structures will be lit from within and glowing at night. A dragon on display will be 200 ft long and approximately 12 ft tall.
