Chunky Chicken Salad with Grapes and Pecans
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. sour cream
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 c. shredded rotisserie chicken
1-1/4 c. seedless red grapes, halved
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. shopped sweet onion, opt.
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. Add the chicken, grapes, pecans, celery and , if desired, onion; mix lightly to coat. Serve on romaine.
