Cookin’ with Carolyn Florentine Spinach Dip
16 oz. (2 pkgs.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. Alfredo sauce
1 box (10 oz.) frozen spinach, thawed
and squeezed dry
1/2 c. chopped artichoke hearts
1/4 c. diced sun-dried tomatoes
1/4 c. diced sweet roasted red peppers
2 c. shredded Italian cheese blend
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 dash hot sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease
a 2-qt. casserole. In a bowl, mix together
cream cheese, Alfredo sauce, spinach,
artichoke hearts, tomatoes, roasted
peppers, cheeses, Italian seasoning and
hot sauce until combined. Transfer to
prepared casserole. Bake for 25 to 30 min.,
or until golden brown.
