Sour Cream Banana Bread

My favorite banana bread recipe.
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. sour cream
2 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. mashed ripe bananas
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Cream butter and sugar; add beaten egg and sour cream, mixing thoroughly. Add sifted dry ingredients alternately with mashed bananas. Add lemon juice. Pour batter into well greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 degrees about 50 min. Yield: 1 loaf. Enjoy!
