County Rd. 12 intersection improvements should be completed by the end of May

Intersection improvements at the traffic signal at County Rd. 12 and Hwy. 59, including the addition of a right-turn lanes on Hwy. 59 North and South and left and right-turn lanes on County Rd. 12, should be finished by the end of May. The project will also include culvert extensions and signal upgrades which should be completed this fall. McElhenney Construction Company was awarded the The $1.83 million contract from the Alabama Department of Transportation for the project.
