CSC Christmas Cheer registration begins on Oct. 13

The Christian Service Center (CSC) will register families for its Christmas Cheer for Children’s Program from Oct. 13 through Dec. 10. Families who need assistance during the holiday season with Christmas toys for their children or custodial grandchildren (newborn through high school) and who reside in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach or Fort Morgan are eligible for this program. Registration takes place from 1-3 p.m. on October 13, 15, 20, 22, 27 and 29 at the CSC, 317 Dolphin Ave. in Gulf Shores. You may also register to receive a Christmas Dinner box at this time. Toy requests are presented to the community in form of angels that are hung on Christmas trees displayed by various churches, businesses, restaurants and organizations. Because of our angel donor’s generous support, the 2025 Christmas Cheer for Children’s Program provided 258 families and 758 children with Christmas gifts. The CSC is an all-volunteer agency serving low income families living in Gulf Shores, Orange Beach and Fort Morgan providing food and emergency financial aid in the form of assistance with rent and utilities. Referrals to other agencies and resources are made according to a client’s needs.
