The Mardi Gras Parade & Party in Foley’s Downtown OWA will be on Feb. 15 from 2-9 p.m. The party includes street performances, live music and a 6 p.m. parade thru downtown. The parade awards ceremony starts at 8 p.m. and the kingcake eating competition at 8:30 p.m. More info: visitowa.com.
