Flip City Dazzlers hosting fundraisers for NYC trip

The Flip City Dazzlers recently raised funds at at its Peninsula Golf & Racquet Club golf tourney to raise funds to offset travel expenses for a December trip to New York City to perform with the world famous Rockettes.
The dynamic and talented South Baldwin County based competition dance team is still seeking sponsors to help cover the costs of travel, accommodations, and other expenses.
“We are grateful for any support we can receive,” said trip coordinator Brig’ette Martin. “Sponsoring our team will not only help us financially, but also raise awareness for our dance program in the community.”
The team continues to host Chick-Fil-A spirit nights at restaurants and sets up children’s booths at local festivals.
“We are also seeking marketing products from local businesses for our prizes, games, and throws,’’ added Martin, who can be reached at 256-293-7977.
“We had amazing turnout at Peninsula Golf and Racquet Club and would like to thank several of our sponsors, but first we would like to thank Peninsula for hosting our first annual Flip City Dazzlers take NYC Golf Tournament,’’ said Martin. “Thank you to all the mamas, daddys, and girlies that made this event possible. These girls are learning valuable lessons, while earning their way to NYC.’’
