“Mary Poppins Jr.’’ is South Baldwin Theatre’s next scheduled play, with perfor- mances from SBCT’s Young Actors July 25-27 and Aug. 1-3.

Mary Poppins Jr. Synopsis: Things are not going well for the Banks family, the children are out of control and are in need of a new nanny. When a mysterious young woman named Mary Poppins appears at their doorstep, the family finds that she’s the answer to their prayers, but in the most peculiar way.
Auditions for “The Boardinghouse,’’ the opening play of Season 54, are July 11 and 12.
