Music, a Movie and Heritage Park Marketplace Fridays through June 11 in Foley

Music and a Movie and Heritage Park Marketplace continued every Friday beginning at 4:30 p.m. and Heritage Park Marketplace continue in downtown Foley on Friday evenings through June 11. The marketplace showcases a variety of arts and crafts as well as plants, vegetables, fruits, and gift items. The marketplace will operate from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., with live entertainment beginning at 6 p.m., followed by a movie at dusk. The marketplace and Music and a Movie will continue every Friday through June 11. Those who come for the music and a movie are asked to bring a chair or a blanket for seating.
A variety of bands will be playing each week, including country, rock and a popular saxophonist playing selections from broadway to movie tunes. Each week live entertainment will begin at 6 p.m., followed by a family-friendly movie presented on a 40-foot inflatable screen. Admissio is free. Concessions are available for purchase on site. Boy Scout Troup 77 will be selling grilled burgers and hotdogs, plus other concession foods. Heritage Park is located at the intersection of Ala. 59 and U.S. 98 in downtown Foley.
