Orange Beach Middle-High School National Honor Society: Go Makos!

The new members of the National Honor Society at Orange Beach Middle/High School were recently honored during a school ceremony where senior NHS members also received their cords for graduation. NHS membership is one of the highest honors that can be awarded to a high school student. The Scholarship (minimum 3.5 GPA), service, leadership, and character are the four ideals are considered as the basis for selection. No student is inducted simply because of a high academic average. National Honor Society members excel in all of these areas.
