Putts for Mutts Mini-Golf Tourney slated April 18 at Shrimpy’s

Gulf Coast S.W.I.M. (Salt Water Independent Music will present the 3rd annual Putts for Mutts charity mini-golf tournament on Saturday, April 18 in Gulf Shores at Shrimpy’s Grill and Golf (204 E 2nd Ave, Gulf Shores), with net proceeds benefitting Furrever Homes Animal Rescue and Daphne Animal Shelter, which works closely with the Gulf Shores Police Dept. to help find homes for lost dogs that go unclaimed.
Registration is $35 per golfer. Check-in is at 11:30 a.m., and tee-time is at 1 p.m. Registration will include mini-golf, one beverage and a t-shirt. Additional beverages and food will be a la carte at Shrimpy’s. Come on down! Cheer on your favorite team, listen to great music, check out the mutts for adoption, and enjoy Shrimpy’s food and drink.
The best ball tourney will feature a relaxed, fun-first atmosphere, making it enjoyable for players of all skill levels. Teams of four are encouraged to register, though individuals and couples are welcome and will be placed on a team. Mulligans will be available, and Shrimpy’s Grill & Golf will also offer food and drink specials throughout the day. The entire community members are encouraged to come out, support the cause, and enjoy the festivities.
