Salty Shuffle Supports Baldwin County’s Unhoused
More than 35 boats, 150 players, and 13 restaurants participated in the inaugural Salty Shuffle Boat Poker Run hosted by Legendary Marina & Yacht Club in Gulf Shores on June 14. The event was a fundraiser for the Sea Glass Initiative, which provides services to unhoused residents of Baldwin County. The party included DJ Tee Recx, delicious food, a silent auction, and a best dressed dad contest. The team with the best poker hand earned the $1,000 prize. “The funds raised will directly benefit our programs, allowing us to continue providing essential services to our unhoused neighbors in Baldwin County,’’ said Michelle Hillman, executive director of the Sea Glass Initiative.
