Dr. Phillip Snider (a musician) will host a free vocal care workshop on Saturday, Nov. 9 from 3:30-5 p.m. at the Phoenix X Condo Conference Room (directly west of Flora-Bama). Learn simple and practical techniques that let you sing and play longer and stronger with less effort. Trade bad habits for good ones to keep your voice healthy now and for many years. Learn how to navigate colds, allergies, eating on the go, and long performances. Learn about supplements, sprays, and lozenges for throat relief. In his practice, Dr. Snider uses his osteopathic training to help musicians get rid of pain, optimize their performance, and get back to enjoying life.
