World Chef Challenge includes 5 local chefs

The World Chef Challenge for professional chefs at WFC pits world-class chefs in a multi-round tournament with the winner taking home a bounty of cash and prizes.
Three categories that separate chefs into Regional, National or International pairings, with 21 total chefs trying to prove their hand skills and culinary creativity with a signature and mystery basket round of cooking challenges.
This free event kicks off on Friday, Nov. 11 with the International category going first. Then on Saturday, Nov. 12, the Regional and National categories will enter the Bull Arena for their respective challenges.
From each category, one winner will emerge victorious and head to the Final Round of three chefs on Sunday, Nov. 13.

The International Division includes Fred Uisso of Tanzania, Vincent Stanley of India and Paul Baird of Canada.
