Worship On The Green May 16 at Gulf Place Town Green

The Worship on the Green community gathering will be held at Gulf Place Town Green in Gulf Shores on Saturday, May 16 beginning with a Fellowship of Christian Athletes kick-off at 11:30 a.m. with worship to follow. The event will include local churches, vendors, fellowship, music, community outreach, worship and food trucks Sugar Love Food and That’s My Dawg.
Participating churches include Gulf Shores Methodist Church, Oyster Bay Baptist Church and Worship on the Water, with each participating church leading 45 minutes of worship, music, and prayer.
The event, described by organizers as “a powerful morning of faith, community and celebration,’’ is designed to bring the community together in a positive, family-friendly environment with christian music and fellowship.
“Bring your lawn chairs, invite your friends, and come ready to lift your heart in praise,” organizers posted.
