Lillian Recreational Park among Impact 100 grant recipients

Impact 100 Baldwin County awarded $545,000 total to Lillian Recreational Park (project- Parks and Recreation- The Heart of the Community), Alabama Sheriff Youth Ranch- Baldwin County Boys Ranch (project- Vocational Program for Ranchers), Stapleton Volunteer Fire Department (project- Protecting and Preparing for Growth), Ecumenical Ministries (project- Emmy’s Thrift Store Expansion) and Ruff Wilson Youth Organization (project- Fortifying for the Future).
These five agencies were chosen from the focus areas of Arts & Culture & Recreation; Education; Environment & Preservation; Family; and Health & Wellness. They will each receive $109,000.
“We are able to continue our mission of offering transformative grants because of our founders, 82 women who believed, who knew that when women work together, there is no stopping us,” said Impact 100 Baldwin County President Lucy Smith.
