Coastal Ballet presents Nutcracker Dec. 9 at Erie Meyer
Performances also scheduled Dec. 1-2 at Foley Civic Center

The Coastal Ballet Academy will take its annual production of the Nutcracker to surrounding cities following hometown shows on Dec. 1 at 6 p.m. and Dec. 2 at 2 p.m. at the Foley Civic Center.
The highly acclaimed academy be part of the Coastal Arts Center of Orange Beach’s Kingdom of Sweets Gala on Dec. 6 at 6 p.m. and the Dec. 8 Swift-Coles Historic Home Open House in Bon Secour. The ballet’s final show will be on Dec. 9 at 2 p.m. at the Erie Meyer Civic Center in Gulf Shores.
Become enchanted with Clara as we watch her frolic through her parent’s Christmas party. Meet the mysterious Godfather Drosselmeyer. Be amazed as we enter her dream of the Nutcracker and watch as she dances her way to meeting the beautiful Sugar Plum Fairy.
This annual Christmas tradition will include several professional artists, students, and many of the community’s younger children reminding us all of the delight’s that come during the Christmas season. Under the direction of Madame Rio Cordy Barlow, the Coastal Ballet Academy brings this classic holiday ballet to life.
