The 12th Annual Hangout Oyster Cook-Off Craft Spirits & Beer Weekend returns to the beach front bistro’s campus at Gulf Shores Public Beach Nov. 1-2.
The weekend kicks off Nov. 1 from 6-11 p.m. with Craft Spirits & Beer Night featuring hard-to-find rare bourbons, rums, and tequilas paired with cuisine created by top pitmasters Hardcore Carnivore, Jess Pryles, Shane McBride and Sam Jones.
Crawford + Power and Boy Named Banjo will play live. Crawford & Power is described as having roots in classic country with a dash of Americana and southern rock. They call their sound “classic country music revival with a splash of sweet iced tea and whiskey.”
Nashville’s Boy Named Banjo blends rock, alt-country, and folk pop. The band earned a “Best Local Band” nomination from the Nashville Tennessean.
