OWA’s Legends Theatre first ever all-women show opens Sept. 14; Tribute to Celine Dion, Tina Turner, Whitney Houston & Cyndi Lauper continues thru October

Legends in Concert and OWA Theater are ready to kick off the fall season with a first-ever all female lineup. The Queen of Rock n’ Roll, a winner of Grammys, Emmys and Tonys, the Queen of Adult Contemporary, and The Voice will be on stage together in Coastal Alabama starting September 14. The show will feature not only the world’s greatest tribute artists, but also high-energy dancers, back-up vocalists, a live band, magnificent costumes, elaborate theatrical sets, a full array of incredible special effects, and much more.
Fans will love these babes of the beat led by Lori Mitchell Gay’s Simply The Best portrayal of Tina Turner, while Nellie Norris shows her True Colors as she pays homage to Cyndi Lauper. No one will be Taking Chances coming to see Elisa Furr’s debut in Foley as Celine Dion, while she shares the stage with the incomparable Whitney Houston, performed by Trina Johnson Finn.
The fall show series at OWA Theater will run Sept. 14 – Oct. 31.
