Amvets Post 12 concert for citizens of Ukraine March 19

Amvets Post 12 on Gulf Beach Hwy. in Pensacola and SOS4America will host a concert with John Joiner on March 19 from 5-9 p.m. to benefit the citizens of war torn Ukraine.
The fundraiser is open to anyone over 21 and the Amvet Ladies Auxiliary will be selling Shepards Pie. The event also includes raffles and a 50/50 drawing.
Post 12 is located at 3220 Gulf Beach Hwy., and all money generated will be presented to Soldier’s Ukraine, an organization that provides prosthetics for Ukranian soldiers and Bridge of Faith, an America sponsored orphanage in Ukraine.
“Come by and meet your American veterans who too the oath to die for their country supporting our allies,’’ said Post 12 service officer Tim Lowry.
