Cookin’ with Carolyn Salmon Loaf

1 16-ounce can of salmon
2 eggs, lightly beaten
3 slices of bread, broken into small cubes
1 tsp. salt ( or less)
1-1/2 cups milk, warmed
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 onion, chopped
Mix together in a bowl and pour into a buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!
Note: Ingredients may be mixed ahead except for the warm milk. Add that when ready to put in oven.
