Bayrunner Band play Aug. 20 Rock For Vets sunset concert

American Legion Post 199 in Fairhope will host a Rock For The Vets Beach Concert featuring Roger Fleshman and the Bayrunner Band on Saturday, Aug. 20 from 5-8 p.m.
Grab a couple of lawn chairs and a date and enjoy an amazing sunset over Mobile Bay from the beautiful American Legion beach. Post 199, which advertises itself as “the place of destination for veterans, gamily and Fairhope,’’ is located at 700 S. Mobile St. on the Fairhope bluffs (251-928-9132).
The BayRunners Band is a group of talented musicians that play for their love of music and the joy they get from sharing their music with others. In addition to Fleshman on lead vocals and rhythm guitar, the band includes Gary Wetzel on vocals and lead guitar, Paul Brammer on vocals and bass guitar and Ziggy Lambert on drums.
