The Baldwin County Commission recently participated in a groundbreaking ceremony for the new, state-of-the-art Baldwin County Animal Shelter Intake Building in Summerdale (15240 County Road 49). The new shelter will, in addition to providing excellent animal care, encourage adoptions. Rolin Construction was awarded the bid for project in the total amount of $4,729,000.
