Easy Cheese Roll
2 8-oz. pkgs. cream cheese
2 8-oz. pkgs. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1-oz. pkg. ranch dressing mix
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
10-oz. pkg. chopped pecans
Combine cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, dressing mix and hot pepper sauce; form into a ball. Roll ball in chopped pecans to cover. Refrigerate over night before serving Makes 12 servings. Enjoy!
Note: For gifts…just roll into 6 small balls, wrap individually and give with some crackers.
