John Hebert from Houma, Louisiana and returning combat veterans were the big winners during the Veteran’s Day culmination of a year long fundraiser sponsored by The Flora-Bama and the Orange Beach based Operation Re-Connect. Hebert won the raffle for the fully customized 2018 Jeep Rubicon – The Deployer – on Veteran’s Day. Operation Re-Connect is a local charity started by Ryan Charrier whose mission is to provide beach-front accommodations for a week free of charge to returning Armed Services members and their families.
